VDR Research Pvt. Ltd. ships its products to most serviceable locations across India and to selected international destinations.
Orders are typically processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
In Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Orders are shipped on all working days except Sundays and national holidays.
- For most locations serviced by our courier partners, deliveries are completed within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take 1–2 weeks, depending on courier serviceability.
🌍 International Shipping
- For international orders, delivery timelines are typically 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery may be subject to customs clearance, local regulations, and regional logistics conditions, which may cause delays beyond the estimated timelines.

VDR Research Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion in the following cases:
- If delivery is expected to take significantly longer than standard timelines
- If the shipment becomes untraceable during transit
In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to standard banking timelines.
